any preliminary notification. For that, please periodically visit this
section in order to verify the Terms and Conditions you have agreed to respect.
The presented Terms and Conditions are valid and applicable for all websites
for which NEWSOFT has the author/owner/administrator quality.
All these websites (as they exist in the present or would be implemented later)
as well as the website
www.newsoft.ro will
be named, hereafter, individually or collective Site and/or Sites.
The words in the singular include the plural, the words in the plural include the
singular, the words that denote the masculine gender include the feminine, and
the words that denote the feminine gender include the masculine within the present
document.
NEWSOFT is the author of the sites and benefits from all the legally
rights recognised to the authors, according to the Romanian and International
legislation. In the absence of other explanation, all materials, including
images, pictures, designs, icons, photos, audio/video clips, are NEWSOFT property
or they are licensed to be used by NEWSOFT.
NEWSOFT will grant a limited licence to access/visit the Site, without the possibility
to modify it in the absence of an accord with NEWSOFT. This licence doesn't include:
- Resealing or using the information presented on Site for commercial purpose;
- Downloading or coping the information regarding user's accounts;
- Using data mining techniques, similar robots and technologies that allow the extraction and analysis of data.
NEWSOFT will grant a limited licence, revocable and not exclusive, to create
a hyperlink to the site home page as long as this link doesn't describe
NEWSOFT or a partner/affiliated of it in a false, wrong or insulting manner.
The granted licence won't allow NEWSOFT trademark to be used within the framework

NEWSOFT Engineering SRL. The use of this trademark, domain or NEWSOFT name, direct or "hidden" without
NEWSOFT's prior written consent is forbidden and punishable according to the law. The unauthorised use of
these will immediately and automatically cancel the licences granted by NEWSOFT, according to the aforesaid.

COMPONENT WITH A POTENTIALLY HARMFUL CHARACTER. THE USER USES THE SITE ON

If litigation appears, it shall be tried first of all solving it in a friendly
way, in 30 working days from its registration at NEWSOFT centre.
In the event that a settlement can not be reached in the foregoing said term,
it shall be considered competent the judicial instance from the same administrative
structure with the NEWSOFT headquarters.
